In May 2001, Brent Williams and Rob Taylor founded Taylor & Williams as a partnership. Before co-founding the firm, Rob played eight seasons in the NFL with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In 2004, he accepted the position of Financial Stewardship Pastor at Idlewild Baptist Church, where he served faithfully for 21 years before retiring in 2025.

Today, Brent leads Taylor & Williams with a deep passion for his work and a steadfast commitment to serving the firm’s clients. He remains excited about shaping the firm’s vision and continuing its legacy of helping clients pursue their financial goals with confidence.
